Mix veg sandwich is a mixture of the vegetable of your own choice and it is very healthy and tasty recipe for morning breakfast. Make it for your kids, they will love it.

Ingredients for Makhni Gravy Recipe

  • 8 pc sandwich brown/white bread
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 1 onion
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt according to your taste
  • Butter or ghee
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped

 Methods: How to make Homemade Mix Veg Sandwich Recipe for morning breakfast

1.     Grate the carrot and squeeze out all the water from it.

2.     Finely chop the capsicum and onion.

3.     Now mix all the ingredients and spices together and mix well, except butter or ghee.

4.     Spread the prepared stuffing masala in between the two slices of bread evenly and make a        sandwich.

5.     Apply some butter or ghee on both sides of the sandwich bread.

6.     To fry, Keep the sandwich in a sandwich maker or keep it on a pan, and fry till it becomes golden brown from both the sides.
