Chinese Veg Fried Rice

Chinese Veg Fried Rice Recipe: Veg fried rice recipe made with vegetables and sauces is very nice in taste. Chinese fried rice also liked by the youth of nowadays. It is also easy to make Chinese Veg Fried Rice Recipe.

Ingredients for Veg Fried Rice Recipe 

  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 1 cup cabbage, grated
  • ½ cup carrot, grated or finely chopped
  • ¼ cup French beans, finely chopped
  • ½ cup paneer, diced in small cubes
  • ½ cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or as required
  • ¼ teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 1 teaspoon green chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoon white vinegar

Method: How to make Chinese Veg Fried Rice Recipe without Onion 

  1. Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is slightly heated, add the pieces of paneer to the pan and fry them on both sides till they become light brown.
  2. Put chopped or grated carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage in the oil and fry them for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
  3. Add green chili, ginger, green chili sauce, ajinomoto, soya sauce, vinegar, and pieces of cheese and mix well.
  4. Add salt and rice. Mix well and continuously stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well. Chinese Veg Fried Rice Recipe is ready.
  6. Serve hot with Chinese Veg Manchurian.
