Note: 1 Cup = 250 ml
- 2 bananas
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- Honey, according to your taste.
- 2 teaspoon oats
- 2-3 teaspoon curd
- 1 cup milk
- Crushed ice
For healthy banana smoothie drink:
- Take any mixing jar or blender. I used ‘Wonderchef 400 watt Nutri-Blend’, because it works very fast and blend anything within few seconds. You cannot find even a single chunk of food after blending anything in this ‘wonderchef nutri blend’. This is not enough, it also maintain all the nutrients of the food, which is very beneficial for us.
- Add all the mentioned ingredients into the jar, blend it until thick and smooth.
- Smoothie is ready. Serve now.
- You can also add 7-8 soaked almonds while blending, to make it healthier.
