25 Fruity Smoothie Recipe | Healthy Beverages for Breakfast or Snack Time

  1. Banana Smoothie: 2 bananas, ½ cup milk, ½ cup curd, 2 teaspoon honey, a pinch of cinnamon and few crushed ice. Blend all together and serve cold in a glass.
  2. Peach Mango Banana Smoothie: Blend 1 cup chopped fresh peaches, 1 cup mango, 1 banana, 1 cup curd and 1 cup crushed ice, and sugar to taste. Serve cold in a glass.
  3. Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie: Blend 2 cups strawberries, 1 cup crumbled pound cake, 1.5 cups of milk and ½ cup crushed ice, and sugar to taste. Top with whipped cream or ice cream and some strawberries.
  4. Raspberry Orange smoothie: Blend 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 cup crushed ice, and sugar to taste.
  5. Honeydew (Kharbuja) Almond Smoothie: Blend 2 cups chopped honeydew melon (Kharbuja), 1 cup almond milk and 1 cup crushed ice, and honey to taste.
  6. Carrot AppleSmoothie: Blend 1 cup carrot juice, 1 cup apple juice, and 1.5 cups crushed ice. Serve cold.
  7. Triple Berry Smoothie: Blend1/2 cups blackberries, ½ cup strawberries, ½ cup raspberries, 1 cup milk and 1 cup crushed ice, and sugar to taste.
  8. Cantaloupe (Kharbuja) Smoothie: Blend 2 cups chopped cantaloupe (Kharbuja), 1/2 lemon juice, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 cup water and 1 cup crushed ice.
  9. Raspberry Orange Smoothie: Blend 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 cup crushed ice, and sugar to taste.
  10. Strawberry Banana Smoothie: Blend 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, ½ cup vanilla yogurt, ½ cup milk, 2 teaspoons honey, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup crushed ice.
  11. Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie: Blend 1 cup strawberries, 2 peeled and chopped kiwis, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 cups crushed ice.
  12. Cherry Vanilla Smoothie: Blend 1 1/2 cups frozen pitted cherries, 1 1/4 cups milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, a pinch of salt and 1 cup ice.
  13. Tangerine (Narangi) Honey Smoothie: Blend peeled and deseeded 4 tangerines, 2 lemon juice, 1/4 cup honey and 1 cup crushed ice.
  14. Grape Smoothie: Blend 2 cups deseeded red grapes, 1 cup Concord grape juice, and 1.5 cups ice.
  15. Banana Date Lime Smoothie: Blend 2 bananas, 3/4 cup chopped pitted dates, 1 lemon juice and 1.5 cups soy milk and 1.5 cups crushed ice.
  16. Peach Ginger Smoothie: Blend 2 cups frozen sliced peaches, 1.5 cups buttermilk, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger.
  17. Grapefruit (Chakotra) Smoothie: Blend Peeled and deseeded 2 grapefruits, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 cup crushed ice. Sprinkle with some cinnamon powder.
  18. Pomegranate Cherry Smoothie: Blend 1 cup frozen pitted cherries, 3/4 cup pomegranate juice, 1/2 cup curd, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt, and 2 cups crushed ice.
  19. Blueberry Banana Smoothie: Blend 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 medium lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract and 1 cup crushed ice.
  20. Creamy Pineapple Smoothie: Blend 2 cups chopped pineapple, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup milk, 2 teaspoons honey, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, a pinch of nutmeg powder and a pinch of salt, and 2 cups crushed ice.
  21. Watermelon Smoothie: Freeze 3 cups chopped deseeded watermelon until frozen. Blend with 1 cup cubed fresh deseeded watermelon, 1 lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 cup water.
  22. Pineapple Coconut Smoothie: Freeze 2 cups of coconut water in ice-cubes trays. Blend 2 cups chopped pineapple and 2 cups coconut ice cubes, 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1/2 cup coconut water.
  23. Apple Ginger Smoothie: Blend 1 chopped & peeled an apple, a ½ inch ginger, 2 lemon’s juice, 1/4 cup honey, 1 cup water and 2 cups crushed ice.
  24. Pomegranate Berry Smoothie: Blend 1 cup blueberries, 3/4 cup beet juice, ¾ cup pomegranate juice, 1 cup crushed ice, and honey to taste.
  25. Pineapple Mango Smoothie: Blend 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1 cup chopped mango, 1 cup coconut water, a dash of ground allspice (ground cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in equal amounts) and 1 cup crushed ice. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
